As a working mom of twin toddlers, I know firsthand the pressures that working families face. Like so many people in our communities, I feel the strain of rising housing costs, healthcare bills, childcare expenses, and everyday essentials getting more expensive while wages struggle to keep up. Families are working harder than ever and still being forced to make impossible choices just to get by. Working people deserve more than survival—we deserve the opportunity to thrive.
For too long, too many politicians have lost sight of who they’re supposed to serve. Working people deserve someone in Salem who will actually show up, listen, and fight for them. I’m running for State Representative to be a strong, independent voice for House District 15 and a brawler for working people in the rooms where decisions are made. I’ll work hard to deliver real results that lower costs, expand opportunity, and improve the lives of the people who keep our communities running.
Raised in the rural Pacific Northwest, I bring a practical, no-frills, results-oriented approach to public service. I earned my MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and have worked both blue-collar and white-collar jobs across industries ranging from restaurants to marketing to research. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, adaptability, and listening to people from all walks of life—values that are reflected in my campaign and the leadership I hope to bring to Salem.
Today, I work as a project coordinator supporting behavioral health initiatives and community well-being, giving me insight into how housing instability, gaps in healthcare access, and economic stress impact families and communities. I’m also proud to serve on Albany’s Public Safety Commission, where I support thoughtful, community-centered approaches to public safety. Alongside years of volunteering and organizing locally, these experiences have reinforced my belief that strong communities are built through collaboration, compassion, and smart public policy.
My campaign is focused on lowering costs for working families, expanding access to affordable housing and healthcare, and strengthening public education and economic opportunity in House District 15 and across Oregon. I’m a coalition builder, a policy nerd, and someone who believes good leadership means listening carefully, solving problems collaboratively, and keeping your word. I’m committed to bringing practical, independent, solutions-focused leadership to Salem that puts local communities ahead of partisan politics and special interests because government should work for all of us, and that means delivering real results for working people.
